Our certified and licensed technicians are able to diagnose and repair all brands of rehabilitation and standard power wheel chairs, scooters, electric beds, lift chairs, patient lifts, and other battery and electric powered as well as non powered products.

We will also gladly travel to your location (house call) for assessing the problem and will recommend the appropriate solution. There is a minimum charge of $35 to come to your location.

If you bring the product for repairs to our location, in most cases the diagnosis and repairs can be performed while you wait. In cases where parts must be ordered, we can rent a similar product while you are waiting for the repairs. If you are on Medicare and your product is purchased through Medicare, Medicare may be able to pay for the repairs as well as for the rented product.

The minimum diagnostic charge is $45.00 and maximum diagnostic charge is $90.00. The labor rate is $90.00 per hour; however, is reduced to less than half for people upon financial hardship. A proof of hardship must be presented at the time of diagnostic.

The house call requiring more than 3 miles away are charged $15 for travel expenses within 13 miles of our locations (s) and $0.80 cents per mile over 13 miles.
